I've spent most of my life watching, collecting, and talking about movies, especially the kinds of cult, horror, and European films that rarely get much attention outside of dedicated fan circles. If there's a strange Italian horror film, a forgotten French thriller, or a movie that just got its first Blu-ray release after sitting in obscurity for decades, there's a good chance I've already watched it. I enjoy digging into the stories behind the films as much as the films themselves, whether that's the people who made them, the techniques they used, or the place they occupy in film history. More than anything, I enjoy discovering movies that surprise me, because after watching thousands of films, that's still the best feeling there is.
